BIDV launches home loan package with interest rate from 5%

The bank offers a housing loan package with interest rates from 5% per year, loan terms up to 30 years, and a maximum limit of 100% of capital needs.

With the desire to support customers in accessing suitable loan sources, from now until June 30, BIDV is implementing a loan package to serve housing needs or early repayment of housing loans at other banks with an attractive interest rate policy, applicable in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Minimum 5.5% per annum for the first 12 months from the date of first disbursement	60 months

For customers outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the minimum home loan interest rate is fixed at 6% for the first 24 months or 7% for 36 months. Loan term is up to 30 years, maximum loan limit is 100% of total capital needs, customers can plan to borrow capital to own their own home. Interest rates after the preferential period are applied according to BIDV's policy from time to time.

In addition to preferential interest rates, BIDV's professional, knowledgeable and solid staff are always ready to accompany and support customers in processing documents and disbursing quickly, meeting capital needs in a timely manner. Customers do not have to provide income records or account statements if they own valuable assets such as savings deposits, bonds, etc. or have had their salary paid through an account at this bank.
