Specifically, Hong Duc 2 Hospital (259 An Phu Dong 3, Ward 5, An Phu Dong Ward, District 12) was fined VND8 million for replacing the prescribed drug with another drug with the same active ingredient, usage, and dosage without the consent of the buyer. Phan Anh Tuan (360 An Duong Vuong, Ward 4, District 5) was fined VND4 million because the person in charge of the professional responsibility of the drug retail facility was absent during the operating hours of the pharmacy, except in cases of authorization when absent according to the provisions of law.

The Health Department Inspectorate also decided to fine Cam Ha Pharmacy (Lot F, Hung Vuong Apartment, Dang Thai Than Street, Ward 11, District 5) 1.5 million VND and force it to destroy the evidence for trading in goods of unknown origin. The violating goods were medicines (Flustad 75 and Tamiflu).
