Speaking at the acceptance and handover ceremony of the project to renovate the artificial kidney dialysis center, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang, Director of Vietcombank Asset Valuation Center, shared: "We believe that investing in medical infrastructure, especially in localities, will bring long-term benefits, contributing to improving the quality of health care for people."
Ms. Tran Lan Anh, Director of Yen Bai General Hospital, expressed her deep gratitude to Vietcombank for its timely and appropriate support, contributing to helping the hospital improve the quality of treatment, especially for patients with chronic kidney failure who need regular dialysis with long treatment costs and duration.
The renovated hemodialysis center is equipped with a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, helping people in the area, especially in mountainous districts, reduce the burden of having to travel to central hospitals. At the same time, the project also helps reduce the load on the upper-level health system, creating conditions for all people, especially those in difficult circumstances, to access quality health services right in their locality.
The project not only contributes to improving treatment efficiency but also demonstrates the spirit of cooperation and effective companionship between units inside and outside the health sector. This is an important step in Vietcombank's journey with the health sector to realize the goal of developing the grassroots health system, the key foundation of Vietnam's health sector.
Through practical activities, Vietcombank affirms its pioneering role in community development programs, aiming to build a healthy, humane and sustainable society. The Bank also commits to continue promoting social security activities in the coming time, especially in the health sector, where the cooperation of the whole society is urgently needed.
