According to the investigation results, since April 2018, Huynh Thi Sen, Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, used business reasons to make commitments on debt repayment time to borrow from individuals many times, with large sums of money.
When the agreed deadline came, the defendant did not have the money to pay the victim, so he added the interest and principal to rewrite the “loan paper”, “loan paper”, and continued to promise a repayment period. After that, Sen used deceitful tricks to deny responsibility for the remaining debt in order to appropriate it.
To ensure that the investigation of the case is in accordance with legal regulations, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Dinh Province Police informs anyone who is a victim related to Huynh Thi Sen's use of the above tricks to appropriate money or knows that Sen has committed other illegal acts but has not yet filed a complaint, to submit a complaint to the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Dinh Province Police (address: 41 Hai Ba Trung, Quy Nhon City; phone: 069.434.9334 or Investigator Hoang Thanh Quang; phone: 0903.671.891) for settlement in accordance with legal regulations.
