At around 3:00 p.m. on June 29, at Nam Chau residential group, Hai Chau ward, Nghi Son town, the working group of Hai Hoa Border Guard Station, in coordination with Hai Chau ward police, caught red-handed 2 subjects illegally buying, selling, and storing drugs and explosives.
Subject Le Van Duc.
Discovering two subjects riding a motorbike without a license plate and acting suspiciously, the task force signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection, but the subjects abandoned the vehicle and ran away. The task force quickly controlled them. The driver was Nguyen Ngoc Anh, born in 2004, residing in village 8, Quang Hai commune, and the subject sitting behind was Le Van Duc, born in 2004, residing in Quang Giao commune (Quang Xuong).
During the inspection, Le Van Duc's pants pocket contained a small package and 3 pink tablets. The subject confessed that they were heroin and synthetic drugs. The working group drew up a record of the crime, escorted the subject, the evidence and the vehicle to the unit for further investigation and handling according to regulations.
Previously, at 9:00 p.m. on June 27, in the Dong Tien residential area, Binh Minh ward, Nghi Son town, the Northern Special Task Force coordinated with Hai Hoa Border Guard Station and Binh Minh Ward Police to inspect and discovered a woman riding a motorbike with license plate 36U1-9846 with suspicious signs. Upon inspection, in front of the footrest of the motorbike, there was a black plastic bag containing 3 coils of wire (the subject stated it was a slow-burning fuse).
The subject's name is Le Thi Mai, born in 1960, residing in Thanh Trung residential group, Hai Chau ward, Nghi Son town. The working group has drawn up a record of the crime caught in the act, brought the subject, evidence, and vehicle to Hai Hoa Border Guard Station to coordinate investigation, verification, and handling according to regulations.
