The campaign aims to mobilize social resources to support poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households to eliminate temporary housing and have conditions for settlement. This is an important political task that the district pays special attention to and implements with many solutions, aiming to have no temporary housing in the area by the end of 2024.
Previously, in early 2024, Bao Thang district established 15 working groups to help extremely disadvantaged villages in the area. According to the direction, the comrades assigned to the working groups conducted specific surveys of the actual situation in the assigned villages, then developed a support plan and a specific implementation roadmap. The content focused on helping disadvantaged households eliminate temporary housing, develop the economy, improve their lives, etc.

The work of eliminating temporary houses not only effectively implements social security policies, helping poor households, near-poor households, and households with difficult housing circumstances to have favorable conditions to settle down, but this meaningful activity also contributes to realizing the district's goals of striving to build Pho Lu urban area to meet type IV criteria in 2024, and the district to meet advanced new rural standards in 2025.
