The 2024 Customer Conference of the Ho Chi Minh Museum is organized with the desire to meet and discuss with the National Tourism Administration, the Department of Travel, the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the Vietnam Tourism Association, travel companies, tour guides, and discuss and come up with appropriate policies to best serve international visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Museum as well as the Ba Dinh Historical and Cultural Relic Complex; To show gratitude for the contributions of travel companies, tour guides and service stall owners who regularly bring international visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Museum; To attract travel companies and tour guides to bring international visitors to the Museum; To contribute to promoting the life, career and ideology of Ho Chi Minh to the world.

Mr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of Ho Chi Minh Museum said: As one of the largest museums in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Museum is the place that most fully displays the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. The museum project began construction on August 31, 1985 and was inaugurated and opened to visitors on May 19, 1990, right on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Over 30 years of officially opening to visitors, Ho Chi Minh Museum has welcomed more than 30 million visitors, including nearly 7 million international visitors. These results are thanks to the attention of the leaders of the Party, State, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministries, Departments and Branches, along with the active coordination of relevant agencies and especially the close coordination between Ho Chi Minh Museum and travel partners.

Mr. Vu Manh Ha also said that currently, many services and utilities of the Museum are still slow to be applied, not focusing on specific customer groups; the connection and care of travel agencies and tour guides are not regular and continuous, and the needs and wishes of visitors are not really understood...

Ho Chi Minh Museum organized today to show gratitude and close connection, at the same time the Museum really wants to listen to comments, sharing, and suggestions from partners so that the Museum can have appropriate adjustment plans. From there, it is possible to build a long-term strategy in attracting visitors to the Museum, especially foreign visitors, actively contributing to promoting and developing the heritage values ​​of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese people and international friends.
