The census has two phases: Phase 1 (establishing a list of survey units) and Phase 2 (collecting survey unit information). Regarding progress, urban areas will be implemented from April 15 to 28, 2025; rural areas will be implemented from May 1 to 28, 2025.

To ensure that the census is conducted in accordance with the plan and time limit, Dong Hy district has selected 37 investigators and coordinated with the Provincial Statistics Office to organize training on the work of compiling a list of survey units for over 50 people, including representatives of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Rural Agricultural Census at the district and commune levels; leaders of the Statistical Team No. 6 and investigators from 14 communes and towns in the district. This has helped investigators master their skills and successfully complete the work of compiling a list of survey units in the area.
