The 3rd Asian-India Music Festival 2024 takes place on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of this South Asian country's "Act East" policy.
The event, organised by the Ministry of External Affairs of India and Seher, aimed to celebrate the landmark decisions taken at the 21st ASEAN-India Summit and highlight the countries' strong cultural partnership.

The ASEAN-India Music Festival 2024 will feature 10 bands representing 10 ASEAN countries and 5 bands from the host country. The Wall Band will represent Vietnam at the festival. The artists will perform over 3 nights, from November 29 to December 1, in the capital city of New Delhi.
The event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of unity, creativity and the universal language of music.
Sanjeev Bhargava, Founder Director of Seher, the organiser, emphasised the unifying power of music: “Music is not just a performance but an expression of humanity. The event is a reminder that, despite differences, music has the power to unite, transcend borders and celebrate the relationships we have built.”
It is known that the band Buc Tuong performed the concert Buc Tuong Unplugged May Rain on October 27 at Ho Guom Theater, to celebrate its 29th anniversary. Immediately after that, Buc Tuong also attended the Brigdefest 2024 Music Festival held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hanoi), attracting more than 15,000 attendees.
At the invitation of the Organizing Committee of the ASEAN-India Music Festival 2024, Buc Tuong and Pham Anh Khoa went to India on November 27 to prepare for the opening night taking place on the evening of November 29, at Purana Qila, New Delhi.
Musician Tran Tuan Hung, Head of the Buc Tuong Band, shared: "We have attended music festivals abroad, but this is the first time we have performed with artists representing 10 ASEAN countries and 5 bands from India.
This is a great opportunity for us to introduce our identities, Vietnamese works and culture. Hopefully, with careful and meticulous preparation, Buc Tuong will bring fiery and impressive performances to audiences in other countries."

After finishing their tour in India, the band Bức Tường will attend the Ho Zo Festival in Ho Chi Minh City (December 15), perform at Countdown VTV 2025, before preparing for a series of activities towards the 30th anniversary of their establishment in 2025. In this series of activities, singer Pham Anh Khoa will accompany the band.
After more than 29 years of operation and dedication, with 7 studio albums and hundreds of shows at home and abroad, Buc Tuong has conquered many generations of Vietnamese Rock audiences with products that bring closeness and positive energy.
