Investing in a scenic bridge on the most beautiful coastal route in Binh Dinh province

On April 1, information from the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board said that the Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy for the project of the Southern Sightseeing Stop at Vinh Hoi Pass, Cat Tien Town, Phu Cat District, with a total investment of 25 billion VND.

Accordingly, the Vinh Hoi Pass South Scenic Rest Stop project is planned as a service area for the community and tourists, including the following items: symbolic works, scenic bridge, refreshment and souvenir service area, public restroom area. In particular, a scenic bridge will be built, 4m - 12m wide, with a floor level ≤ 0.6m higher than the new DT.639 road level (to ensure space to block the view towards the sea), the clearance height of the scenic bridge is at least +3.6m higher than the elevation of DT.639 road (old) to ensure the circulation of vehicles below.

The investment project is in the form of land use rights auction, the project's operating period is 50 years with a total estimated investment capital of 25 billion VND. The progress of completing the entire project is no more than 24 months, from the date of the land lease decision of the competent state agency. In which, the progress of completing investment preparation procedures is no more than 8 months.

The area for building a scenic stop in the south of Vinh Hoi Pass is located on the coastal route (DT 6.339), overlooking beautiful coastal areas such as Trung Luong, Vinh Hoi... This place is also close to historical relics and scenic spots such as Linh Phong Pagoda Ecological and Spiritual Tourism Complex; Ba Mountain Victory Monument, Nguyen Trung Truc Temple... forming tours, sightseeing routes and experiences for tourists.
