Bac Ninh deploys many pilot models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"

In recent times, the mass mobilization system at all levels in Bac Ninh has promoted its core role, advising the Party Committee to direct and effectively implement mass mobilization work. Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committee and authorities at all levels have organized 1,269 dialogues with people and businesses; the whole province has built 1,014 models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" work in various fields of effective operation with widespread influence and replication.

In particular, Bac Ninh has built and deployed many typical "Smart Mass Mobilization" models at the provincial level such as the model "30 days and nights to complete the relocation of graves and site clearance at the Ring Road 4 project - Capital Region through Bac Ninh province"; the movement "All people unite to participate in donating land to build traffic infrastructure"; piloting the model of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations "Province holds the commune, district holds the village, commune holds the people, union members, association members"...

Thereby, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction; ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and government in the area. At the same time, promptly handling complicated issues that arise; creating high consensus among the people in implementing the political tasks of the locality and unit.

At the working session, Bac Ninh province proposed and requested the Central Government to study and organize annual thematic conferences to implement the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", and administrative mass mobilization work for localities to learn; to issue annual work programs early for localities to concretize, advise the Party Committee to approve the work program from the beginning of the year to ensure synchronization and initiative in the implementation process...

Concluding the working session, comrade Pham Tat Thang, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results achieved by Bac Ninh province in implementing mass mobilization work, especially the new pilot model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" with good and creative ways of doing things.

He suggested that the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee continue to closely follow the Party's policies and the Central Committee's instructions on mass mobilization work in the new situation, concretize them into projects, plans, and work programs, suitable to local conditions and tasks, and ensure effectiveness. In particular, it is necessary to focus on improving and enhancing the operational capacity of the mass mobilization system at all levels, especially replicating the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at the grassroots level; prepare human resources for mass mobilization work for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring quantity and quality according to regulations.
