Also at the meeting, Mr. Le Xuan Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tu Son City, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, term XIX, 2021 - 2026. After dismissing Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province on July 10, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province assigned Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, to run the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee from July 16 until the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province is completed. On July 29, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was elected by the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee as Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025. Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan (47 years old), is from Bac Ninh City.
