On the morning of October 18, 2024, in the capital Vientiane (Laos), Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the Lao National Assembly, President of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) Saysomphone Phomvihane and Chairman of the Cambodian National Assembly Samdech Khuon Sudary had a working breakfast.
