The closing ceremony of the 3rd Ninh Binh Festival in 2024 with the theme Heritage Flow on the evening of November 30, with the unique art program I a Fest attracted a large number of people and tourists from all over.

This event also realizes the policy of building Ninh Binh into a millennium heritage city, a creative city, an event organization center, and a cultural industry.
