American travel magazine Travel & Leisure has announced a list of the 5 best new restaurants and 2 bars in Vietnam to suggest culinary and entertainment destinations for tourists in 2024. The selection criteria include new locations, luxury, chefs and bartenders in restaurants that regularly receive "excellent" or highest ratings. These 7 destinations are all located in Ho Chi Minh City.
Dubbed as "bringing a piece of Melbourne to Ho Chi Minh City", Bambino is the first restaurant mentioned in the list by the American magazine. The chefs and bartenders here are from Melbourne. The recipes of the dishes are long-standing and have been upgraded over time. One of the highly rated dishes is the beef tartare.
