Day 1: Taste of tradition and history Morning Start your day with a leisurely stroll through the Old Quarter, enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes on Trieu Viet Vuong Street (Hai Ba Trung District) and admire the bustling city. You can also choose egg coffee at the Sofitel Metropole Legend Hanoi Hotel - a symbol of luxury, with a long history since 1901.

If you wake up early, stop by Pho Bo Au Trieu to enjoy a hot bowl of pho "as a wake-up call". This restaurant is famous for its "cloudy", fatty and rich bone broth that is simmered for 10 hours. This unique broth has existed for more than 80 years, passed down to the 4th generation of the family, contributing to creating its own brand, attracting diners.
