38% of eligible people have installed digital signatures

In the first quarter of 2025, Bac Ninh province directed to promote the issuance of public digital signatures and integrate health insurance cards on the VNeID application for people to promote the submission of online public service applications throughout the process.

In the first quarter of 2025, the whole province has deployed a total of 242,281 new public digital signatures through installation and registration of public digital signatures on VNPTSmartCA software (234,165 digital signatures have been issued), Viettel CA (8,116 digital signatures have been issued), of which: Que Vo town has issued the most with 61,014 digital signatures/103,000 total citizens, reaching 59.2% of the eligible population; Bac Ninh city has deployed the lowest, only reaching 15,707 digital signatures/116,278 total citizens, reaching only 13.5%. Accumulated in both 2023 and 2024, the whole province has so far installed a total of 277,281 digital signatures, reaching about 37.9% of the population in the province eligible for installation. With the advantages of reducing time and travel costs, increasing the openness and transparency of administrative procedures, and 24-hour transactions anywhere with an internet connection, online public services are being promoted by all levels, sectors, and localities to support people to implement.
