As the author humbly admits, this is like a "professional handbook," gathering the knowledge he has read and researched to write presentations, combining practical experiences over 50 years of his "profession" on this topic.
With the leadership and management positions he has held, the contributions and marks he has left in his "profession", and his profound intelligence and thinking, the book is not simply a "professional handbook", providing basic information about the "profession" of leadership and management, but it is the knowledge, understanding and experience that the author has distilled throughout his more than half a century of working and accumulating.
The book's content is structured into 5 chapters, systematically presenting basic, important, and necessary contents for the "profession" of leadership and management such as: history of leadership and management science and some general concepts; authority and standards of leaders and managers; organizational work; the use of people; some leadership and management skills.
The book's natural yet rigorous approach and simple yet profound writing style reflect his style and intellect. Even theoretical issues are presented in a simple, easy-to-understand manner, filled with the breath of life.
"A, B, C of leadership and management" means the most basic knowledge of leadership and management. It is a way of speaking close to everyday language and shows the modesty of an erudite mind.
