These days, at the training ground, 500 officers and soldiers of the National Training Center for Counter-Terrorism are enthusiastically practicing to prepare for the martial arts performance (Quyen CKB) in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's Traditional Day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2024). As usual, after only 2 blasts of the commander's whistle, 500 officers and soldiers divided into 4 groups quickly gathered and moved to the training ground. The soldiers started their training by running 5 laps around the training ground and doing warm-up exercises. Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Tien Dung, an officer at the National Training Center for Counter-Terrorism, said the martial arts performance was designed to train anti-terrorism police officers and soldiers to have good health and a high fighting spirit. According to Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Tien Dung, the movements in the lesson inherit the essence of People's Police martial arts and other schools. At the same time, each "strike" is researched and refined from the situation of fighting criminals and fighting terrorists. To perform difficult movements with speed and strength, the soldiers had to practice hard for many days. In particular, in the last 3 months, 500 officers and soldiers have practiced with high intensity. Senior Lieutenant Hoang Dieu shared that he was transferred from the Tay Nguyen Mobile Police Regiment to train at the National Training Center for Counter-Terrorism for more than 4 months now. Besides the fatigue during training and homesickness, above all, he felt proud and honored to be able to perform martial arts with his teammates on the force's traditional day. More specifically, Lieutenant Vo Ngoc Huy - an officer of the North Central Mobile Police Regiment shared that he had just gotten married and had not been able to visit his wife since she gave birth because he had to focus on his duties. "Overcoming homesickness and missing my wife and children, I was determined to complete the assigned task excellently. This is also a memorable memory in my life," said Lieutenant Vo Ngoc Huy. After each hard training session, the soldiers return to their daily lives, filled with laughter, at the training center. Tasks such as haircuts are done by the soldiers themselves.
