At the drawing ceremony, witnessed by representatives of the Party Inspection Committee of the Ministry, the Ministry's Trade Union, the Department of Planning and Finance and the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Ministry Inspectorate selected 35 leaders at 10 units under the Ministry by random drawing.

At the conference, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Tien Tung emphasized that in 2025, the work of verifying assets and income needs to be implemented seriously and effectively. At the same time, units under the Ministry need to continue to closely coordinate with the Ministry Inspectorate to achieve the best results in verifying assets and income.
Mr. Tung noted that the verification of assets and income in 2025 will face many difficulties due to changes in the organizational structure of the units after the merger. Emphasizing the general spirit of "the Ministry's work, the Ministry's people", Mr. Tung said that the units will remain the same after the merger, and the verification will be carried out as usual.

For units with overlapping functions and tasks that must be merged, if officials and civil servants wish to adjust their asset and income declarations, favorable conditions must be created to avoid rigidity and mechanicalness in implementation.
