(Dan Tri) - The cause of the incident was determined to be a conflict between two male students named T. and D. T. and a male student 2 years older forced D. to eat dirt and swallow cigarette smoke.
On October 23, the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dan district (Nghe An) sent a report related to the incident of a male student being forced to eat dirt to the Nghe An Department of Education and Training.
According to the verification report of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dan district, the male student who was threatened and forced to eat dirt in the clip spread on social media is VHĐ (grade 9, Anh Xuan Secondary School, Nam Dan district).
The people who threatened and forced D. to eat dirt were NVT (grade 9, Anh Xuan Secondary School) and PTN (grade 11, Mai Hac De High School, Nam Dan district, friends of T.).
T. was also the one who filmed the incident and sent it to many people to watch.

There was a conflict between T. and D. before. On the evening of October 19, T. and N. forced D. to eat dirt, smoke two cigarettes, and swallow the smoke.
In this report, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dan district said that after discovering the video circulating online, Anh Xuan Secondary School directly reported to the Department and local authorities.
The Department of Education and Training of Nam Dan district coordinated with the district police, directed the police of Nam Xuan commune (where D. lives) and Nam Anh commune (where T. and N. live) and the school to verify the incident. The principal of Anh Xuan Secondary School and teachers visited D.'s house to encourage and visit him.
VHĐ. was taken to a medical facility by his family for a health check. On the morning of October 23, this male student went to school.
The case is being clarified by Nam Dan District Police.
As Dan Tri reported, on the afternoon of October 22, a 2-minute clip of a male student being forced to eat dirt was shared via social media messages.
According to the images in the clip, a male student was threatened by two other people and forced to eat dirt. The other two people continuously urged the male student to eat, threatening to swallow the dirt. Under the threats of the other two people, the male student was forced to eat two handfuls of dirt.
