"Many people believe that silver is a metal that has a great effect on human health. This metal helps to avoid wind and colds, and also has antibacterial and anti-bacterial effects, so buying silver on God of Wealth's day is to pray for health," Ms. Huyen explained her decision.
A leader of Phu Quy gold and silver brand said that silver is not only due to psychology and beliefs but also because it is a very attractive investment channel recently.
"The capital is much lower than gold, while the yield from the beginning of the year until now has been more than 10%. This is a quite important reason why there are so many customers lining up to buy silver," he said.
