Fake fanpage of SJC Company has blue tick and high number of followers

Specifically, SJC Company said that it had discovered a fake SJC Company fanpage with a blue tick (as shown above) "with bad intentions". At the same time, it advised customers to absolutely not transact on this fake page.

Previously, this fake page posted a notice as follows:

"SJC deploys registration for gold bar purchase appointments nationwide. From April 15, 2025, customers can proactively schedule gold bar transactions on the fanpage - No need to queue - keep your turn first - on-time transactions.

Special: Lucky money gift up to 2,000,000 VND for customers who successfully register and purchase.

Limited number of offers each day. Register early for quick service and receive gifts at SJC system nationwide".

SJC warns that there will be many other fanpages impersonating SJC. However, this is the case where SJC recorded a fake fanpage with a blue tick and a high number of followers, copying all the information, posts, and interactions of SJC (only missing the avatar).

SJC affirms that it does not conduct any transactions via cyberspace. All transactions are only conducted directly at SJC's official transaction locations.

In addition, SJC Company warns customers not to transfer money or make transactions with fanpages/fakepages impersonating SJC.

Do not provide personal information or bank accounts to fake or unofficial sites.

According to records, by the afternoon of April 18, this fake fanpage could not be accessed.

SJC gold bar price anchored at 120 million VND/tael

Today, April 18, the price of SJC gold bars reached 120 million VND/tael despite the decrease in world gold prices.

World gold prices ended the early trading week at $3,329/ounce, down about $27/ounce from yesterday's peak.

Converted according to the exchange rate listed at the bank, the world gold price is equivalent to 104.75 million VND/tael.

SJC Company listed the selling price of gold bars at 120 million VND/tael, an increase of 2 million VND/tael compared to yesterday. The buying price is 117 million VND/tael. The difference between the buying and selling price of SJC gold bars is 3 million VND/tael.

The listed price of 9999 gold rings at SJC Company is 117 million VND/tael (sell) and 114 million VND/tael (buy).

At PNJ Company, the buying and selling price of SJC gold bars this morning also increased to the same level as the price at SJC Company, selling at 120 million VND/tael, buying at 117 million VND/tael. The selling price of 9999 gold rings at PNJ Company was 117 million VND/tael, buying at 113 million VND/tael.

Compared to the converted world gold price, the price of SJC gold bars is 15.25 million VND/tael higher, while at the beginning of April the difference was only about 4.5 million VND/tael.
