Collision with truck, 17-year-old youth in Thanh Ha died

At 9:50 p.m. on February 25, a young man named LTN, born in 2008 in Vinh Cuong commune (Thanh Ha), was riding a motorbike without a license plate on provincial road 390, heading from Vinh Cuong commune to Thanh Quang commune. When reaching km35+200 of provincial road 390, the motorbike crashed into a truck numbered 15H-050.21 driven by a man named VTD, born in 1985 in Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district (Hai Phong city), traveling from Thanh Quang commune to Quang Thanh bridge.

As a result, N. was injured and taken to the emergency room, then died at Thanh Ha District Medical Center. N. is currently an 11th grade student at a high school in Thanh Ha district.

The road where the accident occurred was at a three-way intersection under construction. At the time of the accident, it was raining for a long time, the road surface was flat but wet and slippery.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency, Thanh Ha District Police are investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident.
