State Securities Commission has new leader

Ceremony to announce the decision of The Minister of Finance on the appointment of Mr. Bui Hoang Hai, Director of the Securities Offering Management Department, as Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission, took place today, May 10, in Hanoi.

Accordingly, Mr. Bui Hoang Hai holds the position of Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission from May 8.

Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi presents the appointment decision to the new Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission Bui Hoang Hai.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi said that Mr. Bui Hoang Hai is an official who has participated and been associated with the stock market since the beginning, holding many positions at the State Securities Commission, from professional work to management and leadership.

The leaders of the Ministry of Finance believe that Mr. Bui Hoang Hai and the leadership of the State Securities Commission will promote collective strength, successfully complete assigned tasks, and continue to develop the stock market according to the orientation and direction of the Government and the Ministry of Finance.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Hoang Hai affirmed that in his new position, he will try to train and, together with the leadership of the State Securities Commission, continue to maintain solidarity and coordinate well with units inside and outside the State Securities Commission and units under the Ministry of Finance to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Ministry of Finance and the Government.

Mr. Bui Hoang Hai was born in 1976, hometown in Hung Yen. Professional qualifications: Master of Public Policy; Political Theory: Advanced.
