The contest is within the framework of the Project "Cultural and Tourism Talent Incubator" organized by Tam Chuc Tourism Services Limited Company with the mission of nurturing young talents in the fields of culture and tourism from students studying at universities and colleges nationwide.

The project aims to provide a solid foundation of knowledge, in-depth understanding of culture and history; practice skills and have the opportunity to maximize potential, strengths, creativity, broaden vision, nurture spirit, positive attitude for participating students, create an environment for experience, exchange and connection between students and organizations and businesses.
The contest aims to find and honor young talents with extensive knowledge of culture and tourism, as well as the ability to convey messages about sustainable tourism and unique Vietnamese culture to domestic and international audiences.
The project has recruited nearly 1,000 students majoring in Culture and Tourism from 60 universities and colleges nationwide to participate in a study program with 20 different topics, taught by prestigious and highly qualified experts and researchers from within and outside the country.

Through the learning and evaluation process, the Project selected 80 students who completed the harvest assignment excellently to participate in the interview round, from which the 35 most outstanding faces, representing 20 universities and colleges, continued to be selected to enter the final round.
In the final round of “Cultural Tourism Ambassador”, contestants will compete in teams and compete in the following sections: cultural tourism message; following the cultural tourism stream and cultural tourism ambassador.
The contest's jury includes leaders of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, leading experts in the fields of culture, tourism and communications, from which they have in-depth and objective assessments of the participating teams.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the two teams Royal Court Music and Hoi An; the second prize to the Thang Long Imperial Citadel team and the encouragement prize to the two teams Ha Long and Don ca tai tu.
On behalf of the competition's jury, Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, highly appreciated the ideas on cultural preservation and tourism development of this year's teams.
At the same time, it is hoped that the project will be successful with the results achieved by students in schools, thereby creating a widespread influence and nurturing their dreams and ambitions to develop Vietnamese tourism culture.
