That is the requirement of the Provincial People's Committee in Plan No. 109/KH-UBND on the implementation of organizing the handling of unused, inefficiently used, and improperly used houses and lands. From there, it is aimed at promptly handling unused, inefficiently used, and improperly used houses and lands, practicing thrift, and preventing loss and waste of State assets.

According to statistics, the total number of unused and surplus houses and lands after rearrangement and handling of houses and lands is 195 houses and lands, including: 181 individual houses and lands and 14 houses and lands in land clusters.

For 181 individual houses and lands, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and urgently urge relevant agencies and units to complete the handover of houses and lands to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the District-level Investment and Construction Project Management Board and Land Fund Development according to the decisions on asset recovery and handover of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center prepares an auction plan and organizes the auction according to regulations.

For land plot cluster 5 (Ward 1, Vung Tau City), the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to develop an auction plan and organize the auction according to regulations.

Units that are managing and using assets must fully hand over assets and documents related to assets to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the District-level Investment and Construction Project Management Board and Land Fund Development.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center plans and organizes the exploitation of housing and land facilities in accordance with the provisions of land law and related laws.

The District-level Management Board of Construction Investment and Land Fund Development plans and organizes the exploitation of housing and land facilities in accordance with the provisions of the law on land and related laws.

For the houses and land in Cluster 3, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Vung Tau City to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently resolve the relocation of households out of Cluster 3. The People's Committee of Vung Tau City shall preside over the inspection of the current status, develop a plan to rearrange and handle houses and land for each house and land in Cluster 3.

For houses and land in Cluster 5 in Ward 1, Vung Tau City, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage, prepare auction plans, and organize auctions according to regulations.

The houses and land in Cluster 5B land area are assigned to the Department of Finance to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to recover and assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to receive 4 houses and land in Cluster 5B land area for management and exploitation in accordance with the provisions of the law on land.
