Applying science and technology, modernizing the traffic police force

General Secretary To Lam directed many contents on the modernization of equipment at the Traffic Police Department in general and the Traffic Police force in particular.

The Traffic Police Department said that during his working trip to Hai Phong on November 14, General Secretary To Lam inspected the work of the patrol boat provided by the Korean Coast Guard to the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, which was assigned to the Traffic Police Department's fleet.

Accompanying General Secretary To Lam was General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security. Welcoming the General Secretary were members of the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and leaders of the Traffic Police Department.

At the meeting, General Secretary To Lam directed many contents on the modernization of equipment at the Traffic Police Department in general and the Traffic Police force in particular, such as: Strengthening the application of science and technology in ensuring traffic order and safety; using modern equipment for the Traffic Police force to modernize the Traffic Police force.

The General Secretary emphasized that the solutions must "take people as the center, subject, goal and driving force for development, all activities must be directed towards people to strengthen traffic safety and order management".

On behalf of the traffic police force, Major General Nguyen Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Traffic Police Department Party Committee, received the instructions of General Secretary To Lam to advise the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to modernize the traffic police force.
