On the morning of October 15, under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De, the Provincial People's Committee held a regular citizen reception in October.

Comrade Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the regular citizen reception session in October 2024.

Ms. Dang Thi Huong Lan, living in lane 74, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Hung Binh ward, requested the competent authority to rearrange and handle the public property of the People's Court of Nghe An province collective housing area so that 8 households can stabilize their lives.

Citizen Dang Thi Huong Lan, residing in Lien Co block, Hung Dung ward (Vinh city) presented the petition content.

Previously, in 1993, nearly 650 square meters of land belonging to plot number 25, sheet 37, originally the collective cafeteria of the Provincial People's Court, was valued and liquidated to households.

Leaders of Nghe An Provincial People's Court reported on the progress of resolving citizens' petitions.

According to the plans for arranging and handling houses and land of the Ministry of Finance and the Supreme People's Court, the entire (old) office of the People's Court of Nghe An province will be transferred to Nghe An province for management and handling.

Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tu reported the incident.

Nghe An province has approved the Land Subdivision Plan for the Collective Housing Area. Therefore, this Land Area does not carry out the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates according to the current status because it is not in accordance with the plan. It is necessary to carry out land recovery, site clearance, and land allocation before issuing Land Use Right Certificates.
According to the representative of Vinh City People's Committee, to carry out the steps, the previous management unit must return the land. However, because the Supreme People's Court has not yet issued a written response to the land rearrangement, the Provincial People's Court has not been able to carry out this content.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De concluded at the citizen reception session.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De shared the difficulties of the citizens and emphasized that the citizens' petitions were legitimate, but due to many objective reasons, they have not been completely resolved. To ensure the rights of the people, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial People's Court to continue to follow up, report in writing, and request the Supreme People's Court to respond in writing to the arrangement of land and houses in the old collective housing area before November 30, 2024.
