On April 10, the Party Committee and Command of the 28th Border Guard Squadron (Border Guard High Command) stationed in Kien Giang province held a conference to hand over the positions of Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of the Squadron. Major General Nguyen Duc Manh - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard attended and directed the conference.

The Ministry of National Defense has decided to retire Colonel Pham Van Sau - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Border Guard Squadron 28; and to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Nghiem - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of Border Guard Squadron 28 to hold the position of Political Commissar of Border Guard Squadron 28.

At the conference, the Party work task was handed over to Colonel Vu Huu Khoi - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the 28th Border Guard Squadron. The political work task was handed over to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Nghiem - Political Commissar of the 28th Border Guard Squadron.

At the conference, the comrades who received the new tasks promised to unite with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of the 28th Border Guard Squadron, promote the sense of responsibility, build a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong, exemplary and typical unit, and meet the requirements and assigned tasks.
