The police force focused on propagating and mobilizing people along the route, posting on the Facepage managed by the unit and informing in Zalo and Messenger groups, mobilizing forces to ensure security and order at the grassroots level and deploying in residential groups. At 3:35 p.m. on April 9, Yen Duong Commune Police received feedback from citizen Ma Thi Tham, residing in Group 10, Phung Chi Kien Ward, Bac Kan City, about her husband, Nong Van Phuong, picking up a backpack with the above characteristics. The commune police verified and organized the reception.
At 4:30 p.m. on April 10, Yen Duong Commune Police organized the handover of the above assets to the tourist. At the police station, tourist Isabel Willemijn Maria was very happy to receive her assets back.
