Cecilia Cheung wore this dress when she appeared at the De Beers luxury jewelry launch event on March 22.
The dress that Truong Ba Chi chose is design number 9 in Phan Huy's Moth collection, recently launched in Paris, France. The outfit is inspired by the image of a moth, expressing a mysterious and powerful beauty.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, designer Phan Huy said that this dress took 450 hours to complete, with the highlight being the meticulous gold-plated details. Phan Huy's team used about 60 thin gold leaf pieces to make this dress.
Because of the elaborate investment, the value of this design is up to 7,100 USD (equivalent to about 181 million VND).

According to designer Phan Huy, Truong Ba Chi's team proactively contacted him via Instagram to find a suitable design for an important event.
"The fact that a top Asian star loves my designs makes me surprised and excited," Phan Huy shared.

The exchange process between Truong Ba Chi's team and Phan Huy's team took place quickly and smoothly.
After finalizing a satisfactory design, Truong Ba Chi's team sent Phan Huy's measurements for adjustment, ensuring the outfit fit the actress's body.

In particular, because Truong Ba Chi liked the original design, she did not request any changes to the dress' details.
Despite having only a short time to prepare, all stages from adjusting measurements, preserving designs to shipping were carried out with great care by Phan Huy's team.
To preserve the shape, the dress was packed by Phan Huy's team in a large box, avoiding any risk of damage during transportation. Previously, Truong Ba Chi's team also chose another design from the designer's collection as a backup plan in case the dress had an accident.
Before the dress reached Cecilia Cheung's team, Phan Huy and his team felt extremely nervous.
"Only when I see Cecilia Cheung shining on the red carpet can I breathe a sigh of relief, because transportation risks or last-minute changes of decision from the star are always unpredictable," said the designer.

At the event, Cecilia Cheung paired her gold-plated dress with a high-end jewelry set from the De Beers brand. The necklace she wore was a high-end jewelry design, exquisitely crafted with diamonds of various sizes, mixed with luxurious yellow gemstones. The highlight of the jewelry was the sparkling teardrop diamond.
The actress chose a slicked back hairstyle, with her black hair left loose to show off her beautiful face.

Her light, natural makeup with smooth foundation, light orange-brown eyes and matte red-brown lips create depth for her face.

Sharing about this collaboration opportunity, designer Phan Huy expressed: "When I received the offer from Truong Ba Chi's team, I was really surprised and excited.
As an admirer of the actress's beauty and impressive roles, seeing a top star wearing my designs on the international red carpet is a great happiness."
During the late 90s and early 2000s, Cecilia Cheung was praised by the media as a "beautiful woman". Her face was considered harmonious, her teeth were white, and her eyebrows were elegant.
The beauty surnamed Truong exudes a pure, gentle, and charming aura. Her clear eyes and pretty mouth seem to attract the gaze of the person opposite.
Thanks to her pretty appearance, the actress was invited to act in commercials and work as a model in the early stages. After that, she quickly became a phenomenon in the Hong Kong entertainment industry.

Not only possessing a pretty and sweet appearance, the actress is also a truly talented star. Cecilia Cheung's career took off when she caught the eye of "comedy king" Stephen Chow. He assigned the actress the role of Liu Piao Piao in the hit film King of Comedy .
The role of the strong young girl Phieu Phieu quickly won the support of fans. Her excellent performance helped Cecilia "become a star in one step" while King of Comedy has also been ranked among the favorite works of Hong Kong cinema for many years.
After that, she continued to affirm her acting ability through Lion of the East, Cat Loves Mouse... In 2005, she decided to marry actor Nicholas Tse and stopped acting since then. The Hong Kong beauty gave birth to two sons.

In 2012, Cecilia Cheung finalized her divorce from Nicholas Tse and gained custody of their two sons. In 2018, the actress gave birth to a third son but did not reveal the identity of the child's biological father.
Currently, Cecilia Cheung has passed her forties but still maintains her attractive appearance. Her slim, well-proportioned figure and pretty face are still maintained by the mother of three thanks to a serious exercise regimen.
