From the "Smart Mass Mobilization" movement to good models in Binh Thuan

Implementing the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization", from 2022 to present, branches and grassroots party committees under the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan province have registered nearly 350 models. The quality and effectiveness of the models are increasingly going into depth, closely following reality, bringing practical effects to agencies, units, businesses and communities.

Practical effectiveness from models

Based on the practical situation, the Party Cell of the Women's Union of Binh Thuan province has built the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" with "3 responsibilities, 3 accompaniments with the grassroots". Implementing the model, up to now, the specialized staff of the Union has accompanied the grassroots in supporting women to solve problems; focusing on directing and implementing well the criteria of the model.

The criteria of the model meet the requirements of grassroots work, being responsible to members and the Association, thereby promoting the emulation movement "Building a new era of Binh Thuan Women", the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" and the tasks of the Association to operate more and more effectively.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Nguyet, Vice President of the Binh Thuan Provincial Women's Union, said that the innovation of the content and methods of operation of the Union has attracted more and more members. As of early October this year, the whole province had 691 branches, 3,655 women's groups, with 277,948 members out of 420,759 women, accounting for 66%. To achieve this rate, the Union must innovate the content and methods of operation; is the content conveyed to women suitable for each target group or not; what are their current needs, do they want knowledge, want skills or do they want capital to develop the family economy. If the needs of each target group are met, it will gather and attract more members to the Union. Wherever there are women, there will be Union activities. At An Phuoc Hospital, with the spirit of mutual love and support, the Party Committee, the Board of Members - Board of Directors and all employees have implemented the model of "Mobilizing funds to support patients in difficult circumstances on artificial kidney dialysis". Up to now, 100% of Party members, union members, association members and employees at the hospital have joined hands to implement this model. Since the beginning of the year, nearly 15 million VND has been donated to 13 patients on dialysis in difficult circumstances. And from 2013 to now, more than 200 million VND has been donated to 107 patients on dialysis in difficult circumstances. Doctor Le Van Anh, Deputy Director of An Phuoc Hospital, said that in addition to the above model, the hospital also has a model of "Mobilizing the construction of a "Living Blood Bank" model" with more than 300 volunteers. Since the beginning of the year alone, nearly 40 units of blood have been donated to more than 20 emergency patients at the hospital. Doctor Anh added: Originating from the need for pathology, generally traumatic pathology or pathology causing acute blood loss, which the blood bank cannot supply enough, and mobilization is not fast enough, from there the idea of establishing a live blood bank came. What is a live blood bank, the hospital staff, the party members all participate, on a voluntary basis. The drop of blood that can help patients overcome the dangerous disease is the happiness of the brothers.

The Provincial Women's Union Party Cell and the An Phuoc Hospital Party Cell are two of the 78 grassroots party organizations of the Party Cell of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan Province (including 39 grassroots party cells and 39 grassroots party cells). From 2022 to present, the grassroots party cells and party cells have registered nearly 350 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models; 270 models have been recognized as grassroots models, of which 48 models have been recognized at the Party Cell level and 7 models at the provincial level. Ms. Le Thi Hai Duyen, Secretary of the Party Cell of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan Province, added that the registration of building and implementing models of skillful mass mobilization is increasingly being strengthened and put into practice; the registered models bring practical effects in all areas of life and society, creating consensus and support from all levels and sectors and spreading among the people. And through that, they also contributed to the successful completion of political tasks, successfully implementing patriotic emulation movements of each agency, unit and enterprise". Clearly identifying the importance of mass mobilization work in the Bloc, in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan province will continue to do a better job of mobilizing the masses, implementing the mass mobilization movement according to the ideology of President Ho Chi Minh, which is "Respect the people, be close to the people, understand the people, learn from the people and be responsible to the people", "Listen to the people, speak so that the people understand, make the people believe";... the models of "Skilled mass mobilization" must be closely linked to studying and following the ideology, morality, style of Ho Chi Minh and the political tasks of each agency, unit, and enterprise to bring about practical results, create spread and can be replicated in agencies, units, in the Bloc Party Committee and localities in Binh Thuan province.
