As an excellent student of Tsinghua University (China), Li Nan graduated in 2006 with both a bachelor's and master's degree. After graduation, he joined the Beijing Aerospace Flight Control Center and became an engineer.
His daily job is to control spacecraft, calculate flight trajectories and be in charge of training sessions or training for engineers at home and abroad. After work, he works as a tutor with the hope of training many talents to join the country's aerospace industry.
With a stable job and a dream salary, many people thought that Ly Nam would stick with the industry until retirement. However, one day, he started thinking and asking himself what he wanted in life. Finally, Ly Nam found out that what he wanted was to become an influential person.
At this time, he considered switching to teaching. When deciding to resign, Ly Nam encountered opposition from everyone, especially his superiors. When he gave up his engineering position, he said: "The purpose of my leaving is to foster more talents in the aerospace industry. Because the foundation of this industry is Physics knowledge."
Entering the education sector, he attaches great importance to nurturing students' passion for Physics. In his opinion, Mr. Nam believes that to become a good teacher, first of all, you must help students enjoy the subject. "This is a way to help students become more interested in learning. I hope that every time they open a Physics book, students will be confident in improving their own achievements," said the teacher.
Moving to the teaching field, Mr. Nam has been recognized and highly appreciated by many colleagues in the industry. Students who attend his classes are all interested. Mr. Nam's strength in the teaching process is the ability to integrate subjects.
In addition, he often creates formulas into rhyming poems to help students memorize. He also uses mathematical methods to explain some physical phenomena. In each lesson, students feel the new things that Mr. Nam brings.
He always adjusts teaching strategies and progress according to the region or changes the learning platform. He confidently says: "Each class is taught in its own way. I guarantee 80% of students will achieve good results."
Many students feel that the presence of Mr. Nam makes Physics less boring. When studying Physics taught by Mr. Nam, in addition to learning knowledge, students also master their thinking and apply knowledge flexibly.
Behind the success of each lecture, Mr. Nam has to work more than 15 hours/day. He will start preparing lesson plans, researching, discussing from 8am and teaching online at 10pm. After class, he will answer students' questions. To gain students' trust, Mr. Nam has to sacrifice both time and effort.
Wishing to stick with the profession, Mr. Nam affirmed that he will expand his teaching subjects to help more students master the methods of learning Physics and thinking. He committed to maximizing his own advantages.
When asked about his decision, he said he has never regretted this choice. Mr. Nam said that teaching is the only way to help him affirm his position in society.
A teacher's salary of more than 3 million VND per month is not enough to cover living expenses and support his parents, so Nguyen Quang Tue decided to quit the industry to become a tattoo artist after 9 years of working as a "child-taming" artist.
