14 talented students of Vinschool organized an art exhibition called 'Identity', the result of their journey of discovery with many profound thoughts about the positioning of identity and human identity in modern society.
On the afternoon of March 15, the Identity Art Exhibition opened with nearly 40 works of art in many genres and creative materials.
The special feature of the exhibition is that all the works were created by a group of 14 talented students from Vinschool's Center for Talent Development and Counseling (GATE).

Identity is the result of a journey of discovery with many profound thoughts of 14 talented students about the positioning of identity and human identity in modern society.
Each work is deeply personal, not only reflecting individual thoughts on social issues such as the environment, gender and feminism, race, memory and the role of the individual in life, but also arousing empathy from the community in many different forms.
Journey of discovery and artistic creation at GATE
In particular, the works are composed from a variety of creative materials, uniquely combining traditional art genres such as paintings, sculptures, ceramics... with contemporary art forms such as installation, video, concept... to new media art materials (the language of technology and science (application of STEM knowledge) such as biology (bio art), tobot (robotic art), or programming (coding art)...
For example, the student group's work Work-Life places robots in a constant struggle to maintain stability from two power sources - a metaphor for modern people's quest for balance between work and personal life.

Visitors experience multimedia artwork
From a professional perspective, artist Tran Thi Le Thuy, member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, commented: "From the works displayed in the Identity exhibition, I see that the students not only complete high-quality works but also express profound perspectives on social issues, despite their young age."
During the 2-year training period, talented students had the opportunity to participate in intensive courses and interact with famous visual artists and curators in Vietnam.

A corner in the Identity exhibition space
Ms. Trinh Khanh Huyen, GATE coordinator, affirmed: "At GATE, each talented student has a separate personal development plan, aiming to create an ideal environment for them to explore and develop their full potential.
In addition, talented students in the arts field also have the opportunity to collaborate with talented students in the STEM field in creating multimedia artworks. This combination not only conveys artistic messages in a new and unique way, but also encourages students to always challenge themselves, break the limits of art, and of themselves."
The exhibition will take place from March 15 to 31 at the Center for Appraisal and Exhibition of Photographic Art Works, 29 Hang Bai, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
