
Mr. Do Van Khoi was born on December 9, 1927. In 1947, he joined the army and worked at Thai Binh Provincial Military Command. On August 5, 1950, he was honored to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam, officially joining the Party on December 5, 1950. Before retiring, he held the position of Chief of Office of Tuan Giao District Party Committee. After retiring, Party member Do Van Khoi worked at Muong Mun Agricultural Cooperative, Tuan Giao District and held the position of Deputy Head of the Cooperative from 1978 - 1981.

During his work, Party member Do Van Khoi always strives to practice, contribute, and excellently complete all assigned tasks, maintaining good relationships and solidarity with comrades, colleagues and people.
Presenting the 75-year Party membership badge early to party member Do Van Khoi, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong wished him good health, continued promotion of the revolutionary spirit, maintaining the noble qualities of a party member, and always being a shining example for cadres, party members, descendants and the younger generation to follow.
