This morning, January 11, Quang Tri Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund - VinGroup continued to coordinate to present 209 gifts under the program "Giving Tet gifts to the poor" to families in difficult circumstances in the wards: Dong Luong, Dong Le and Ward 4, Dong Ha City. Speaking at the gift-giving program, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Newspaper Nguyen Ty said that in recent years, Thien Tam Fund - VinGroup Corporation and Quang Tri Newspaper have coordinated to organize many social security programs, including the program of giving Tet gifts to the poor in the province which is held annually.

The gift given to the people, although not large, is a heart of sharing and affection from the business, and at the same time demonstrates the social responsibility of journalists to help poor households, near-poor households and households in difficult circumstances prepare for a full Tet and a happier new spring.

As a single-parent household with difficult circumstances and often sick, Mrs. Tran Thi Thuy, 75 years old, in Trung Chi quarter, Dong Luong ward, was very touched to receive the attention and Tet gifts from Quang Tri Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund - VinGroup Corporation.

For Mr. Vo Chi Thanh, in Quarter 3, Ward 4, his family's difficult circumstances have become even more difficult since a few days ago, his wife unfortunately had a traffic accident. Along with the worry of many things to buy when Tet is approaching, Mr. Thanh also has the additional burden of expenses when his wife is hospitalized. "This gift is so precious to my wife and I at this time, it is both a source of spiritual encouragement and valuable material support for poor people like us when we receive the attention of philanthropists and Quang Tri Newspaper."

Ms. Tran Thi Thon, in Quarter 5, Dong Le Ward, happily said that after receiving Tet gifts from Quang Tri Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund - VinGroup Corporation, she will use this money to help her daughter-in-law shop for Tet better.

It is known that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty - 2025, the Vingroup Charity Fund and Quang Tri Newspaper presented 1,500 Tet gifts with a total value of 900 million VND to poor households and those in especially difficult circumstances, including many cases reported in the "Addresses in need of help" column of Quang Tri Newspaper. Although the gifts are not large, they contribute to encouraging and sharing difficulties, helping people celebrate the traditional Tet holiday of the nation more warmly.
