Responding to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) with the goal of bringing people to the digital environment through Vietnamese digital platforms and implementing a program to raise awareness of digital transformation, on October 25 in Hanoi, the Betech digital platform - the project "Digitalizing the Vietnamese beauty industry" was officially announced.

In order to accelerate the progress of implementing digital transformation tasks, effectively implement and raise public awareness of the meaning and benefits of digital transformation in the innovation period, the Betech digital platform - the project "Digitalization of Vietnam's beauty industry" under the project "Research and application of digitalization in Vietnam's occupational groups" developed by the Institute for Social Issues Research in collaboration with the Vietnam Association for Science and Technology Information and implemented by Betech Technology Joint Stock Company has officially launched.
This is an event that marks an important step in the journey to reshape the Vietnamese beauty industry. Beauty is not only about creating physical beauty, but also about the confidence, self-esteem and feeling good about oneself that it brings to millions of Vietnamese people every day. However, in the context of the world being digitized every day, every hour and even every second, the application of new advanced technologies in beauty is facing many new challenges and opportunities.
At the launching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung - Project Director of "Digitalizing Vietnam's beauty industry" introduced Betech - a new technology platform built to apply and deploy intelligently and flexibly in building, orienting development and effectively managing jobs related to the beauty industry.

Ms. Tuyet Nhung affirmed that the project "Digitalizing the Vietnamese beauty industry" is a joint effort of the beauty industry in contributing to the national digital transformation. Using technology to enhance the customer experience in beauty such as booking appointments online, tracking the beauty process, receiving advice via the switchboard... will be the best experience for users.
Using technology to improve customer care, create opportunities for cooperation with partners, improve service quality, and aim for sustainability is what Betech is aiming for. The Betech digital platform - the project "Digitalizing the Vietnamese beauty industry" will be implemented as an opportunity for partners, beauty establishments and experts in the beauty industry to participate in sharing work experiences, connecting and creating new cooperation opportunities, bringing the Vietnamese beauty industry to develop more and more through digitalization and applying new technologies.

Present at the announcement of the Betech digital platform - the project "Digitalizing the Vietnamese beauty industry", Miss Southeast Asia Businesswoman 2023 Luong Thi Thuy Dung said she was very happy and impressed with the program because she wanted to learn more about applying digital transformation in the beauty industry - an industry that she has studied and is pursuing.
Currently, there are many applications on the market that develop customer data to improve service quality in the beauty industry. However, compared to other fields, digital transformation in the beauty industry faces major barriers from employees who have not yet met the modern applications of the suppliers. For the beauty industry, highly skilled specialists are almost not willing to share their own techniques and experiences to improve services, leading to the majority of employees not wanting to cooperate in operating the digital application process.
And the Betech digital platform - the project "Digitalizing the Vietnamese beauty industry" has provided a synchronous, easy-to-use solution for both employees and beauty business managers to bring the best results for customer experience.
