Ho Chi Minh City to fire fireworks on barge for first time on April 30

Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, has just signed a document to the Department of Culture and Sports, the City Command and relevant localities and units regarding fireworks display to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification.

On the occasion of April 30 this year, Ho Chi Minh City will organize fireworks displays at 16 locations. Of which, 1 high-altitude location will be located at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City), low-altitude locations will be organized at many locations along the Saigon River and some other directions.

Notably, among the low-altitude fireworks display locations, Ho Chi Minh City will arrange a fireworks display on a barge at Bach Dang Wharf (District 1).

Low-altitude fireworks display locations in Ho Chi Minh City this time are Van Phuc Urban Area, Rach Chiec Bridge, Thao Dien Villa Area, Thanh My Loi Ward Riverbank Area (Thu Duc City); Thanh Da Park, Landmark 81 Park Area (Binh Thanh District); Ba Son Bridge (District 1); Tan Thuan 1 Bridge (District 4); District 7 Administrative Center; Dam Sen Cultural Park (District 11); Tay Bac Industrial Park (Cu Chi District); Nga Ba Giong Historical Site (Hoc Mon District); Revolutionary Tradition Area of ​​the 1968 Mau Than General Offensive and Uprising (Binh Chanh District); Sac Forest Square (Can Gio District).

Fireworks display time is from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on April 30.
