"It is necessary to urgently implement projects and plans, focusing on building the city into a major service center of the country and the region; building an International Exhibition Center; investing in installing rooftop solar power systems at administrative headquarters and public service units; building and starting construction of at least one logistics center...", Mr. Dung suggested, saying that this is a very important task.

According to the leader of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, in 2025, the city will identify the theme of streamlining the apparatus, digital transformation, focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles to realize the goal of the nation's rising era.
