The examination, consideration and settlement of the issuance of birth certificates, identification codes, permanent residence registration and identification cards for groups of children and youth (16-18 years old) in special circumstances and at risk in child support facilities and charity classes in Ho Chi Minh City is carried out according to plan No. 405/KH-HDND in May 2024 of the Social Culture Committee of the City People's Council.
According to Mr. Cao Thanh Binh, although there have been many difficulties in the work of examining, verifying and issuing identification documents for special populations (children and teenagers) in the city, the relevant agencies of Ho Chi Minh City have quickly carried out this work, even during holidays.
This is to ensure the rights and best care of the City for these children.
