I am learning how to live all over again.

- After 8 years of collaborating with senior Ho Ngoc Ha, how do you feel differently compared to before?

I believe that everything in life is determined by the word "fate". Once the right person, the right job and the right circumstances come together, everything will naturally come together.

Neither Ha nor I put much emphasis on whether our collaboration will become a hit or create a trend on social media… At this time, each of us is conscious of our name and position. Each music product therefore also aims for the common good, not just to satisfy ourselves.

With Love Songs , I participated 3 years ago. This time coming back, I want to see how much more mature I am and how much experience I have. I also hope that this appearance will fit and be suitable for the program.

Noo Phuoc Thinh gradually regains inspiration for music.

- You once shared that you lost inspiration for music. Has your mindset changed now or are you still stuck in an invisible 'deadlock'?

At this stage, I no longer calculate or think too much. I have experienced many situations where over-calculating will not result in the desired outcome, so now I do things based on my emotions.

I am still working hard every day for my singing career, with new songs. Everyone assumes that Noo is successful with ballads, but I don't want to be stereotyped like that. I know that if I release products regularly, people will still love and support me. But like that, I am turning myself into an option and no longer a top priority.

I need a change but also something different and interesting. I'm trying to boost my energy and get ready for a comeback.

- HIEUTHUHAI, MONO… Young male singers of genZ are considered the next generation stars of Noo Phuoc Thinh. Do you pay attention to them?

I still follow and feel a terrible energy coming from them. Looking at them, I find myself in the past, also full of fire like that.

Nowadays, the audience's standards for singers are also more strict, there is no such thing as "just pick up the mic and become a singer". Once you have achieved the position of a star, people's expectations are even higher. Everyone has to find their own solution for the path ahead. I am also trying to maintain my position and brand over the years.

- How do the quiet moments of your career give you time to be yourself?

I learned from scratch how to live like many other men my age. I have lived a celebrity life for so long that I need to normalize everything. Like opening the window, breathing, eating and exercising every day… I have to practice step by step. Many people will think that is over the top. But in fact, that is what I am experiencing now.

In recent years, there has been a lot of talk about “healing”. I am also healing myself and even those around me. A gentle life is what I am looking forward to now.

- The crisis you faced at the age of 30, is everything better now?

I am still living with that crisis and I don’t know when it will end. I have overcome the depression, but I am still struggling. Sometimes some of the pressures I encounter make me cry every night. I am angry, tormenting myself and wondering why I am stuck like this?

Instead of suffering or giving up, I try to adapt. I believe that those storms and dark corners are making each person more mature every day. I am gradually becoming more positive, healthy and brave to be ready to face everything.

I have to endure a lot of bad rumors.

- What makes Noo Phuoc Thinh quiet at this time?

Each person at each point in time will have a different perspective. I went through a period of passionate, impulsive youth. At this time, I need to be more mature. That is also the experience of a singer who has lived 15 years in the profession.

Life is like a sine wave, up and down and I am very aware of this. My job is to maintain my image and be consistent with my path. The important thing is that I feel I am making the right choice and am satisfied with it.

- You keep silent even about false rumors about yourself, even injustice?

I think that no one, even a star, has any great power. Artists and audiences all have their own voices and opinions. It's just that sometimes, the information we give out is conveyed incorrectly to the public.

I myself have also suffered a lot of bad rumors. I have no need to speak up to defend myself because everyone will understand how I believe in life. I let the audience be the judge, but I am the one who knows best whether it is right or wrong.

I never argue with public opinion or try to prove anything. The only thing I have to do is to become a "clean" and civilized artist like the path I have taken up until now.

Noo Phuoc Thinh remains silent in the face of rumors.

- Sometimes gossip comes from side stories, like the love story with Mai Phuong Thuy for example?

It's normal for people to care, love, and gossip about Thuy and me. Of course, there are always opposing opinions, and I always accept them in a positive way.

We have many things in common, from our outlook on life to our way of working. That harmony helps us find each other, share, and confide. It's all natural.

- You often sing about loneliness and the breakdown of adults. How is your love life now?

When singing the duet "Who is as loyal as lonely" with Ms. Ha, I also asked myself about the song title. If being lonely is also loyal, isn't that too contradictory?

But love always has its own flavor for each person to experience and grow emotionally. Everyone who looks at me thinks that my standards for a partner are high. However, I don't have high requirements or demands for a lover. Everyone wants to meet a good person who loves and understands them... so that is the common desire of everyone in love.
