Project 06 working group of provinces meets to evaluate progress of implementing electronic health books

According to the report at the meeting, up to now, the province has completed the connection of the LLTP card issuance system on the VNeID application and successfully experienced it on the PRO environment on the VNeID application. During the week, the Department of Justice received 55 records, processed and sent for verification 55 records, issued 13 records; is currently processing 42 records, with no overdue records. 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities that perform health insurance examinations in the province have connected medical examination and treatment data to the health insurance appraisal data reception portal, examining and treating 22,731 records. Activation of 380,721/382,171 level 2 electronic identification accounts (EDAs) reached 99.62%. Of which, 112,704 health insurance cards and electronic SKĐT books have been integrated into EAD accounts, reaching 29.49%. 325,946 electronic civil status data have been transferred nationwide, reaching 47.2%, up 16.4% over the previous week.

To continue effectively implementing the tasks of Project 06 in the province, the Working Group recommends that departments, branches and localities continue to promote the dissemination of the benefits of the VNeID application, especially the benefits of the electronic health book and the issuance of social insurance cards on the VneID application. Promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team, the Working Group of Project 06 villages and neighborhoods in guiding and supporting technology skills, and providing online public services for people and businesses. Organize a Campaign to deploy the integration of electronic health books on VneID, ensure infrastructure and technical support for connecting electronic health book data on the VNeID application from medical examination and treatment facilities to the health insurance appraisal data receiving portal. Accelerate the digitization of civil status records to ensure completion in 2024. At the same time, maintain effective and synchronous implementation of data cleaning and review, fully and accurately update the database on judicial records, criminal records, and criminal record deletion, shorten the time to issue civil status certificates and handle administrative procedures for people.
