Research, understand and promote the book of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

On the morning of November 28, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and propagate the content of the book "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The conference was held in person and online from the provincial to the communal level with 2,386 delegates participating.

The conference listened to Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phuong Hau, Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, introduce and provide information about the book "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. This book is a selection of 92 articles, speeches, talks, notes, interviews, letters... by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on building and developing Vietnamese culture over the past nearly 60 years. The content of the speeches and articles shows the late General Secretary's deep concern for building, preserving and developing Vietnamese culture with traditional and modern elements, identity and integration, creating endogenous resources and mobilizing the strength of Vietnamese culture and people in the cause of building and developing a prosperous and prosperous country.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: This is an important and necessary conference, aiming to help cadres and party members have a systematic understanding of the Party's guidelines and policies, of the late General Secretary on building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity, on building Vietnamese people; firmly grasp and clearly define the viewpoints, goals, orientations, and tasks of cultural development, so that culture truly becomes the spiritual and endogenous foundation of the country; thereby, helping cadres, party members, sectors, levels, and localities to more deeply and effectively implement the task of building Ninh Thuan culture and people, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that after this conference, Party committees at all levels continue to effectively implement the Party and State's guidelines, policies and guidelines on culture; especially Conclusion No. 76-KL/TW dated June 4, 2020 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development. At the same time, direct branches and Party committees to open serious and effective thematic activities on the content of the book; continue to thoroughly grasp and widely propagate the content of the book to a large number of cadres, Party members, and people of all walks of life, especially intellectuals, scientists, and artists, in many diverse and practical forms, contributing to continuing to create fundamental and comprehensive changes in awareness in the political system and the whole society. Party committees, party organizations at all levels, sectors and localities continue to research, concretize and apply creatively, in accordance with practical conditions, assigned functions and tasks in building documents for party congresses at all levels towards the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; contribute to the synchronous and effective implementation of tasks of building and developing Ninh Thuan culture and people in the coming time; direct monitoring and grasping the situation to promptly orient public opinion; fight against distorted arguments of hostile and reactionary forces; minimize and limit negative information flows, baseless speculations and rumors that cause confusion and hesitation, affecting the trust of cadres, party members and people.

* In the morning of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study, disseminate and propagate the book "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity" by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. Attending were members of the Executive Committee, members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the branches and affiliated Party Committees.
