At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presented the plan on the progress of continuing to reorganize the political system of Binh Duong province to operate more effectively and efficiently.

Overview of the meeting

Accordingly, the Plan aims to ensure the principles, goals, and requirements according to the conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Steering Committee summarizing Resolution 18-NQ/TW.

Based on the documents sent by the Central Committee to solicit comments, research and proactively propose not to organize at the district level, merge commune levels, merge provinces, implement a 2-level local government model (Party organization, government, mass organizations), ensuring streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency. Research and proposals must be conducted objectively, democratically, scientifically, specifically, deeply, receptively, closely following the practical situation; overcome overlapping functions and tasks, division in areas, fields, cumbersome intermediate organizations; ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations, enhance the leadership role of the Party, associated with the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

With the highest political determination following the motto "running while queuing", to complete a large amount of work requiring high quality and progress to promptly submit to the Steering Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and comments after receiving the Central's direction.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi said that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 43-CV/BCĐ, dated March 20, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on continuing to reorganize the apparatus of the political system, the apparatus is put into effective operation, the province has developed an implementation plan.

To implement the Plan, the Working Groups have worked urgently to prepare the contents in the spirit of strictly complying with and proactively implementing the Central's direction. The assigned Party committees, agencies and organizations need to coordinate closely and promptly to ensure quality, efficiency and progress of implementation. In the process of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus, agencies and units must ensure regular, continuous and uninterrupted operations, without affecting the activities of the Party, State, people and businesses.
