Land plots of Tam Phuoc and Phuoc Tan resettlement areas will be handed over at the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026.

Of which, the resettlement area of ​​over 49 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward has 1,066 plots of land that have completed the selection of contractors, completed the survey work to serve the work of creating construction drawings. The Center is preparing the cost estimate and design documents for construction drawings, completing the selection of the unit to carry out the mine clearance work; agreeing on the connection of electricity and water infrastructure. The project is expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2025, basically complete the construction of technical infrastructure and hand over the resettlement land to the people in the first quarter of 2026.

The 31.5-hectare resettlement area in Tam Phuoc Ward has 1,280 plots of land. The project has completed the clearance of bombs, mines and explosives; the construction design has been approved for implementation after the basic design. Bien Hoa City has issued a notice of land acquisition, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has completed the measurement and inventory of land, houses and structures for cases of land acquired under the project. The Department of Finance is appraising the plan to select contractors for construction packages. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2025; the technical infrastructure will be basically completed and the resettlement land will be handed over to people around the fourth quarter of 2025.
