Not only in the competition program of the 2025 Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 33) held from December 9 to 20, 2025 in Thailand, recently, the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) confirmed that mixed martial arts (MMA) is an official competition at the 2026 Asian Games (ASIAD 20). To prepare for the 33rd SEA Games and ASIAD 20, the Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Federation (VMMAF) has planned to select athletes, aiming for the best results in the international arena in the coming time.
