According to Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the Provincial Women's Union organized many activities such as: Training on digital transformation in new rural construction; discussion on improving the quality of developing female party members and party members who are union officials; training and contesting initiatives on applying information technology in new rural construction; communication to raise awareness and knowledge about "The role of women in fostering good values ​​of Vietnamese families"; communication on prevention of child abuse, prevention of domestic violence and activities to commend outstanding CHKM; commendation of outstanding HVNC.

As a CHKM recognized at the conference, Ms. Ly Thi Kieu Trang, Head of the CHKM Branch - Cho Hamlet, Thanh Trieu Commune (Chau Thanh) shared: Building CHKM is identified as a key and central task in the association's activities, thereby gradually helping the branch to consolidate the quality of activities and promote the role of female members in the current period. With the above meaning, over the past time, the Cho Hamlet Women's Association has always been united, exemplary, dynamic, creative, positive, proactive in excellently performing the tasks assigned by the superior Association.

In 2024, the Association will build a model of "3 haves, 3 know" with the content of having pioneer members, having monthly activities, and having resources to organize activities; 3 know means: knowing the face, knowing the circumstances, knowing the needs of the members. And the model "1+1" with the content of 1 member mobilizing 1 woman to participate in the association organization; 1 female party member training, introducing and developing the Party, 1 branch president, group leader; 1 member with conditions supporting 1 member with difficult circumstances.

The results helped the Cho Hamlet Association and Phuoc Hoa Hamlet Association develop together, operate more evenly, have more good models and practices, attract more members to join the Association, contributing to the work of building a strong Association; mobilized 15 women to re-join activities and recruited 10 new women to improve the quality of activities at the Association; 1 woman was supported with 2 million VND in living capital, 1 poor woman with children going to school was supported with school supplies and a scholarship at the beginning of the school year, 2 women were supported to repair the roof and repair the house with a total value of 15 million VND.

“With the achievements, at the end of 2024, the Association was classified as having excellently completed its tasks and 5/5 association groups were classified as having excellently completed their tasks. There are good and creative models and methods such as the green house for collecting plastic waste, the flower road model of skillful mass mobilization at the district level; the Association has many special groups to attract HVPN, mobilize female traders to install cashless apps to contribute to building a 4.0 market; the highly effective models are recognized by the locality" - Head of the Women's Association of Cho Hamlet Ly Thi Kieu Trang shared.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu - HVNC, Women's Association of Binh Khoi Quarter, Ward 6, Ben Tre City, said that participating in association activities is considered the joy of old age. As a retired civil servant, she wishes to contribute her efforts to local activities, thereby improving social knowledge and improving the quality of life. Through these activities, she also contributes to enhancing the role and position of women in the current period, aiming to build a prosperous, equal and happy family.

Recognized as a HVNC since 2020, Ms. Tran Thi Thu has always regularly participated in local movements. Joining the Ward Women's Union to mobilize female members in the neighborhood to save more than 200 million VND to help the poor; mobilizing contributions of necessities for the Ward Women's Union to complete the initiative "Charity Market"; actively participating in the model "Each association group has an address for poor women" with a budget of over 20 million VND.

Actively participating in the movement to protect national security, together with the Women's Union of the neighborhood, she mobilized 8 households in the group to equip fire prevention and fighting equipment, and she herself pioneered in equipping 2 fire extinguishers, 1 gas mask and 2 water tanks in the household. According to the President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa, up to now, the whole province has 348 CHKM, built 64,071 HVNC, these are fresh flowers, bright examples, representing the will, determination and continuous dedication of Ben Tre Women. In addition, in recent times, CHKM has promoted its core role, actively participated in emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Association and local authorities. There have been many initiatives, models and effective ways of doing things, and have contributed significantly to building an increasingly strong Association organization, effectively implementing the political tasks assigned by the Party Committee and local authorities. In particular, it has contributed very effectively to building a clean and strong Party cell, creating a source of Association cell cadres, and a source of developing female Party members. The HVNC have shown their pioneering role in movement activities, being an important bridge between the Association and local women and people.
