Previously, at 10:12 p.m. on April 9, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department received a report from the 113 Police on duty about a suspected drowning of a young man on Hieu River, in the Dong Ha Bridge area, in Ward 1, Dong Ha City.

At the scene, authorities recorded some personal items of the young man suspected of drowning, including a jacket, hat, and sandals.

After receiving the news, the unit mobilized forces and specialized vehicles to the scene, coordinating with other functional forces and local people to search for the young man suspected of drowning.

At 10:47 a.m. on April 10, authorities found the young man's body.

The young man who drowned in Hieu River is named LNQH, born in 2005, residing in Xuan Lam village, Trieu Nguyen commune, Dakrong district, Quang Tri province.

After her parents divorced, H. and her mother lived with relatives in Ward 7, Ward 5, Dong Ha City.
