50 years accompanying the development of the country, homeland, accompanying Vietnamese literature and arts, Quang Tri literature and arts have had new developments, achieving achievements in literary creation, theory, criticism, performance, fine arts, photography, music , architecture and promoting works very vividly.

When the Quang Tri Literature and Arts Association was first established, the province only had a few majors. By 2025, all majors and 2 affiliated units had been fully formed; there were 10 central branches in the area in association with the provincial Literature and Arts Association.

The Quang Tri literary and artistic community is growing stronger and more mature, now having 264 members, including 102 members from central specialties; honored to have Writer Xuan Duc receive the Ho Chi Minh Prize from the President, 4 members receive the State Prize for Literature and Arts, 2 members receive the title of People's Artist...

The achievements of the Quang Tri Literature and Arts Association in recent years have been recognized and highly appreciated by the Party, the State and the leaders of Quang Tri province; it was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Government and many certificates of merit from the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations and the People's Committee of Quang Tri province.

Speaking at the seminar, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Ho Dai Nam emphasized that over the past 50 years, Quang Tri's literature and arts have not only recorded the memories of war and the desire for peace, but also vividly reflected the changes of the homeland from hardships and difficulties to step by step development. The team of artists and writers is growing stronger and more mature; the next generation continues the tradition of the previous generation, constantly striving to continue affirming its position in the national literature and arts.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ho Dai Nam acknowledged and commended the important contributions of Quang Tri's artists and writers through the ages. In response to the demands of the new era, the new era, in order for local literature and arts to continue to achieve many new impressive achievements, he suggested that the Quang Tri Literature and Arts Association should promote its role in connecting, gathering and accompanying artists in their creation and dedication.

Focus on the specificity, sensitivity and sophistication of culture and arts to arouse and strongly promote the creativity and dedication of artists in the province; pay attention to the work of preserving and promoting the values ​​of cultural heritage, traditional culture and arts, harmoniously combining national and modern elements, between Quang Tri's cultural identity and the quintessence of human culture, linking culture and arts with local tourism development.

Artists and writers should always keep their enthusiasm and passion for their profession, continue to be steadfast soldiers on the cultural and ideological front of the Party, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the People as President Ho Chi Minh once advised.

At the seminar, delegates and artists focused on discussing and evaluating the general theoretical and practical values, the role of literature and arts and the achievements of Quang Tri literature and arts 50 years after the country's reunification; the limitations, difficulties and obstacles that Quang Tri literature and arts have been and are facing.

Exchange experiences and propose practical solutions to promote the role of cultural and artistic management agencies, in order to build the culture, arts and people of Quang Tri to meet the requirements of the new era.
